Metro53 - Islamabad (Web Desk): The government has indicated that it may allow the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership to meet the party’s founder.
Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar said that the attitude of Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has improved, adding that if PTI members follow the jail manual, a meeting with the PTI founder will be allowed.
He stated that anyone who violates the jail manual will have their meeting privileges suspended.
Speaking on Geo News program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Saath, Attaullah Tarar said that individuals who repeatedly violated meeting rules were gradually barred from meetings.
The federal minister further remarked that the breakfast provided to the PTI founder is equivalent to four days’ meals of a poor person, and that he has also been provided with a treadmill for exercise.
